An Acupressure III Course just finished few weeks ago in ICTC, Muskogee Campus. Congratulations to all of the student from this class which were this time 1oo% Hispanics. Here is a message to them:
Ésta ha sido una de las clases que yo he disfrutado más en los seis años trabajando en ICTC; y ha sido así gracias a ustedes, mis estudiantes de este curso.
Este grupo ha sido muy entucista y plenamente interesado en el aprendizaje de Acupresión. Todos y cada uno de ustedes han aportado a la clase un poquito de la "vida" que ella tenía.
Ahí teníamos a Reinaldo, muy serio siempre pero super interesado en dar y recibir acupresión. También teníamos a Antonia, lista ya para ayudar a sus amistades con sus dolencias; a Silvia, haciendo ya las cuenta$ con la Acupresión; y por si todo esto fuera poco, a Reyna queriendo aprender a diagnosticar el tercer día de clases.
Nunca en mis clases he escuchado más aplausos en la entrega de certificados que los que escuché esta vez, ni más risas y otras formas de manifestar alegría.

ENGLISH- SPANISH Bilingual Computer Courses
ICTC, the TechnicalCollege in Muskogee, Oklahoma recently started a Bilingual Spanish-English Computer Course.
The course is called "Introduction to Computer/English-Spanish Skills", which will create the skills to perform basic operations on a computer, and also to learn English and Spanish terms which are commonly used in this field. Classes are taught in English and Spanish by a bilingual Hispanic Instructor.
The combination of studying and practicing computer and language helps to open new paths in the labor market for the student, and broadens their horizons in society.
This is an intensive course which is accomplished in just 4 weeks, and awards 18 credits along with the corresponding accreditation certificate.
The positive response this program has received in the area has led to the rapid implementation of the second level , which has already begun.
American and Hispanic people can join these bilingual courses, and help each other to learn and practice English and Spanish while taking the Computer Courses.
The overall program has been designed with the objective to train and accredit students in Computer and English-Spanish Bilingual Communication skills.
